Hey flisters,

just found a little questionaire in pierhias's journal. Think it's quite nice to take it and tell you a little something about me.

Revelations neatly tugged behind the cut )

Yep, I know that. It's not so much particular things I want to know, it's just fun to learn more about my LJ friends.

You can't smell? That's strange. Can't imagine how to live like that. I mean it definitely comes in handy every now and then but basically... I don't wanna give up that ability. Anything you or the docs can do to fix that?

You consider me entertaining? Well... I guess thank you :)

Cheers,
Mel

I can't imagine living with it. I think I'd be completely overwhelmed...

There's nothing they can do about it, it might have been like that from the very beginning or at the latest when I was a toddler, and I didn't notice before the age of 14 (?), people keep talking about smelling things which just weren't there for me.

You consider thinking in english weird just because of the citizenship? I don't :D But then again I do have the same problem. Back when I was going to school my classmates used to tease me about my enormous love of the english language. They would ask me over and over again in which language I dream. Always had to answer I can't tell, because it's no real difference to me.

Mel

Your classmates too? One of my teachers asked me at one time, if I was in California for a while. He thought I had a Californian accent - THAT was funny. Because (sadly) I never was in the US.
Well I know for sure that I think in English. But dreaming? That is a real good question, because when I don't think about it I definitely do not realize when I'm thinking in English.

Yep, my classmates as well. I was never accused of any accent but my instructor at university was quite convinced I spent a year or so in Canada. She still thinks I did. Wouldn't believe me denying. But it came in pretty handy. I never had to attend her lessons if I had something better to do. I remember there was this Richie Sambora concert in Hamburg and to go there I had to skip a few of her lessons, so I went to her and just said: Well, Ms. B. I just wanted to inform you I probably won't make it to your lessons next week as I have to catch a train to Hamburg. So I'm afraid I don't have time for this. And she was just relaxed and nice: You'd be done with the tasks within 10 minutes anyways, so I don't mind. Just make sure to ask your mates what we did that day. It's not like you'd really need those lessons.

And I have to add: I had a helluva time at this concert ;P

Cheers,
Mel

Du willst Dich um die Bildung der deutschen Jugend kümmern? In welchen Fächern denn? Warzen... Will mich mal nicht beschweren :P

Bottle or draft ist die Frage, ob Bier aus der Flasche oder vom Faß ;)

Your picture of us stuck in an elevator sounds so much like you. Can't help it *giggles* And why do you think, clowns are scary? They are so not..

Btw, congrats on winning the lims challenge. Read it in your journal but didn't comment so far.

It does? I hope it's not a bad thing. :S
Anyway. I don't know why I thing they are scary. I think I watched too many creepy-clown-movies and/or tv shows. Besides a friend of mine told me a really creepy story about a clown in her friends house once. So that's the reason I guess. xD

Oh well. Thank you very much. :)

Nope, nothing bad^^

You think it would help to think of Mark under all this clown maskerade? He played one in Harts Of The West ;)
