Great Fic. I enjoyed how you wrote McKay and Sheppard. I like how John adapts to life back on Earth. As for Caldwell I can't pictured him being that much of a hardass.

I do hope there is a sequel in the works? How about one from Rodney P. O. V. on Atlantis during John's Absence? Maybe throw in a bit about how the rest of team misses John and that they are ok with Rodney/John.
I would love to see a happy ending.

:) I'm really glad you liked how I wrote the Boys. :)

And Caldwell, well. The only episodes I've seen him in have been whatever S3 eps he's in, and a few S1 and S2 eps, so I don't really know his character that well, and I needed a Big Bad, lol.

And there's actually two sequels coming, eventually. The next one from Rodney's POV, and I'm not sure how I'm gonna handle the last one yet. I'm hoping to get started on the sequel this week, actually, since it's spring break.

Wow! that fic is amazing! You have to make a sequel to this where john comes back to atlantis and caldwells reaction to this. keep up the good work.

Thank you! I do have a sequel in the works, actually, and now that my summer course is over (boo on retaking chemistry! lol) I actually have time to work on it, so hopefully I'll have it done sooner than later.

I'm really glad you liked it, I'm very proud of this one. ^__^

What? WHAT?!?! You can't end it THERE! Where's the resolution?! Where's the happily ever after?! NOOOO!!! *cries bitter tears*
Great fic. I loved that Rodney stayed in Atlantis. It's quite a twist from all the others, even though it doesn't leave as much a happy feeling in my chest as the other fics did *sadness*. And poor John... Ripped away from everything. Evil Caldwell of doom! I hope one day there's more in this universe. I like it a lot. If not, it's a great one shot.

I'm really glad it works as a one-shot, because I don't know how long it'll take me to finish the sequel. But there is one in the works!
