Well, my ex-husband has proven yet again that he is completely incapable of being human....well an evolved human anyway. Even though we have a legal...signed by the judge...divorce decree that he will be giving me $500 a month for the next 5.5 years starting April 1st....he still has not done what he is supposed to have done to make that happen.
