How’s this for a weird random mode? Every song my player “randomly” played was in some sorts connected to RotS :) Heh. At least it gave me a good wake-up call. I saw these at the forum too, but didn't get a chance to read them. They're really good!! It's quite a unique challenge for a writer and I'm sure really great practice to get those creative juices flowing.

I wonder if it couldn't be modified to be a game or challenge during the anniversary weekend?? . . . I'll talk to Lynda and maybe she can discuss it with the fic mod. :)

First, I love no. 1 - it's like the mirror version of my drabble - as Obi-Wan too feels so betrayed. Perfect. No. 2 is good as well - I like the door detail, that's in the RotS novel, isn't it? And Padme throwing out Obi's tunics - I can see that so clearly. My favourite, however, has to be no. 3 - it's so bloody powerful, so full of conflicting emotions in both of them as they clash against each other.

The last two make me think of Obi-Wan trapped in some kind of Ground-Hog Day illusion by Palpatine (or something) where every time he tries again to save Padme and comes too late. Over and over again. And needs somehow to figure out how to do it...

... oh god, and then after doing this for about 50 times and failing each time Palpatine would offer to bring her back... for Obi-Wan and end the illusion.

There's a bunny I wish I had time to write!

Yeah, you should totally write that one. Right after I finished writing them, "Over and Over", by Three days grace started playing on my compy, and I just had almost the same idea for a fic =) Except that you would probably write it much better ;)
