Merry Christmas!

A week and a half ago, on my way to work, I saw an old man begging on the street. While the cars were waiting for the green light, here he was tapping on the windows of the cars, walking as if he were in slow motion.

i know... i spent my christmas eve at a soup kitchen on the lower east side, and am planning on making it a regular saturday activity for me. merry christmas mitzi. =)

how was your christmas?

was absolutely touched by the story you wrote about the old impaired man. sometimes just talking about them and making the message is enough of a help. coz it makes others think.

guess i'll be seeing those kids tapping on the window of my car every time i'm going home in an entirely different light.

My Christmas was very simple yet lovely. It has always been simple, since my family is quite small. (When I say family, it's the people whom I live and grew up with. See, I don't exactly count far-flung, blood relatives who don't really know you for who you are as family, family per se) How was your Christmas? I bet it was grand and lovely! :) You have a big family kasi! :)
