Well it would depend on the implications of "ideal body shape." The phrase generally refers to women being as thin as rails and men looking as though they're using illegal substances to obtain musculature. I spend much of my time convincing clinic patients this is not worth pursuit at the risk of their health. However, since you are of the honorable and athletic sort, I am sure you had something entirely different in mind.
