Have you heard of that term "softening of the brain"? They used to use it a lot back in the days before the DSM and modern psychology, Marx's father apparently suffered from it. It also makes me sick to think of the times I call her in the middle of the night: like midnight my time, 3am her time, and have myself tell her I love her over and over again. Oh Sachsen's, oh military, oh lock-down; how you have made me a crumpled mess. Afraid to have emotions, afraid to express emotions; and enough of a drunk to do them both anyway.
