Everyone needs to relax.
A shower for me is nearly sexual. When I completely relax and let the heat and flow of the water direct my posture and attention, I submit myself to an intensity almost unmatched by any inter-course I have had over the years.It's hard sometimes to persuade myself into the mindset for such a thing, but when I am in the zone the results are amazing
