ok, so it turns out i am using the poem from the previous entry. and now that a part of the assignment is etched in stone, i'm wicked nervous about it. and apparently, according to my TA, it's an allegory to war. so i completely missed that. mary, you'll have to explain that to me a bit. then i can regurgitate your thoughts and sound smart

Hmmm...lemme re-read it. I wasnt trying to get anything like that last time. The fun part is, now that you've been told what you're supposed to base your synopsis on (comparing it to war), the rest is bs! Ahhh....the joys of pretending you can actually be certain what any given poem represents.
