so here's to an awesome welcome home day with Mary yesterday. i brought her a barista action figure and a sentimental collage (crafted by the exciting and talented hannah kraus), one of which she was amused by, the other she was touched and impressed by. we spent several hours christmas shopping, resulting in a single-serving french press for me ( Read more... )

Zackles, you are my soulmate. We have known this for years. And actually seeing you cry, as well as crying with you for the first time, meant a lot to me. Your friendship, your thoughts, your you. You are a better Christmas gift than any nifty action figure or lovely picture.

Its hard to believe I actually have my soul back for a whole month. I'm such a lucky girl!

it's so right. there was just something missing from everything that happened while i was away and it was back being with you. (side note: bjork f/ thom yorke doing "i've seen it all" just came around on my playlist) life is just better shared with you. you're it, babe.
