thank you to Nikki, Natalie, Sara, Matthew, and Wifey for responding with all helpful advice nd giving me contact information. After that post I almost made an excuse not to go to the gym but then stopped nd realized iwas doing it again and got my work out clothes and pushed weights for an hour. If your main goal is muscle mass and strength it's actually somewhat counterproductive to go to the gym everyday. At least, to do weights everyday.

Yes, it is actually. You're supposed to allow 48 hours in between each muscle group. The best thing to do is cardio one day and weight training the next. And Dale, NEVER do the same muscle group within 48 hours of each other. You can destroy muscle that way.

i partially knew some of that. i d'nt work out al my muscle groups at the gym in one day. ther other day was pectorals, shoulder, and back. today will be biceps, triceps, and associated muscles. tomorrow will be legs. then i'll start over again. unless you all have better suggestions? i'm always open for ideas

How easy is it for yout o work out over there? I found it somewhat hard cuz we never were fed the right way nutritionally. Good luck with working out!
