Medford, Oregon.
It's cheap and has places to go and stuff to do and apparently it snows.
I'm still not sure about the whole "snowing" thing,
because snow is cold, and cold isn't fun.
and snow is slippery, and slippery isn't fun.. well.. while driving anyway.. on slipperyness.
