I won't ever be able to see my child fall in love and have a special day to declare it before her loved ones. I will no longer have the opportunity to see her before me in her bridal gown with the pre-wedding jitters. No parental talk to ease her worries. No rights as far as insurance or any of the other benefits that would be due her as a wife.

I hope this shit doesn't pass. I'm angry and so is she.
