humbled

yesterday i paddled into some of the biggest surf of my life. this country is truly humbling. i thought i would be prepared enough coming here, but i see that i have many bad habits to correct. i got lessons from someone great and will need a few more before i leave jacó. i could barely make it out past the breakers and even needed help at times
