A Nasty Coworker (TM)

I'm sure most of you have had this experience some time in your working experiences. How do I calm myself when I just want kick the person into submission? He has the most horrible professional attitude I've ever witness and up to this point, I've had incredible relationships with almost everyone I've worked with ( Read more... )

Start kickboxing.

I mean, I guess yoga is calming, but for me, I don't just want to calm down (because I always do ANYWAY, eventually...). I'm the kind who needs to vent when I'm worked up, be it bitching to the nearest sympathetic listener, or ranting like a lunatic on my LJ.

So I vote for kickboxing. At least work up a sweat and feel good about yourself after that. ^^

f-lock this entry and vent some more with me? lol or you can email, because how you respond to a sucky co-worker depends on how they are being sucky (and sadly not because they are just sucking a chuppa-chup).

Is work still busy? What do you do day to day? *chin hands* I would love to know, especially to compare to my work day.
