I can't decide if my journal should be friends only or public so I keep switching it. Why the hell does it matter? Good question.

Public. Make sensitive entries Friends-Only. If you make it Friends-Only, at least have a post that's open so that people can comment. There are a mol^-30 of fundamentalist conservatives who keep their journals private "FOR SECURITY REASONS" (to keep bad thoughts out, I guess).
