Well it's official the exMIL has been given 3 - 6 months to live... the kids found out yesterday and were very upset by it... I'm upset for them... but have no sympathy for her or her family... they are sending her home next week with an in-home nurse... I'll take the kids to see her when that happens

Well, there was SOME reason your ex turned out the way he did.

Prayers for you, your kids and whatever they need. And I honestly hope she is able somehow to get her affairs together, and reflect on her life, and maybe not have it be a complete and total waste before she goes.
