Ch-Check It Out

I just spent the better part of 90 minutes googling Bath and Body Works. Why, you ask? Because not only do I have nothing better to do, but I also just wanted to know if I was missing out on anything in the work world. Turns out, I have. I learned that we're opening six stores in Canada this fall (I was just talking about this with a customer last ( Read more... )

Daffodil Fields launched about 9 years ago. It was a light floral fragrance not too terribly far from Wild Honeysuckle. DF wasn't quite as sweet, though. Toasted Hazelnut was about 5 years ago, I think. Started as a home fragrance only thing, and then they launched it when they did Cool Citrus Basil. Obviously it didn't do that well if they bring back CCB for the sale but not TH. It was a vanilla type smell. Nothing earth shattering. Just so you know. ;)

Yay for a new stereo! Mine has bluish lights too, I think it's a Sony. Sadly, the radio reception still sucks, but I'll live.

P.S.- I hate sandwich's without cheese. I mean, whats the point otherwise?

I'm looking forward to the blue, but I needed a new stereo because my 2002 car doesn't have a CD player. Yes, you heard that right. Also I wanted a way to listen to my iPod without having to change the FM input every time I enter a new zip code.

Sandwiches without cheese don't have a point. Give me any cheese, any at all, and I will be much happier than I would have been without it.

Oh dear, I wonder when CD players became (will become?) standard in cars. I actually still have to get an auxiliary cable for my mp3 player, I just keep forgetting to look up a good one. But that will be nice, listening to good music hours on end... le sigh.

I am completely with you on the cheese issue. I have been trying to recreate a gouda and pear appetizer I had a while back... thinking about it makes me hungry.

The new Beetles have them, so I think I just got stuck with my older one. But that's okay, because it's installed now! I have been enjoying CDs for five days now and I feel like it's 1999 again. Which isn't a bad thing, necessarily.

I found a recipe for a tomato, basil, and gouda toasted sandwich recently, which I really wanted to try. I had everything but the good bread--all we have is sandwich white. It was a little depressing, I'll admit, but I plan to try it in the future.
