Though I don't suffer from a weight problem, I recently have had health issues related to a lack of exercise. I have now gone to the gym two days in a row. Join me (metaphorically--or literally, if you come out to LA), won't you? Your decision inspires me.

I lost 36 lbs. between 1/1/06 and 7/1/06 through slight diet modification and following a simple exercise regimen from mattfurey.com. The program uses your own body weight, as opposed to free weights and machines, naturally improves flexibility without stretching exercises, and can be done anywhere. Initially, the workout takes 5 minutes or less. After a couple months you'll be working out for 15 minutes. In a year, when you obtain an Adonis-like physique, you're workout will take from 30-45 minutes, and that is the longest you'll ever work out ( ... )
