The only thing I hate about this whole 10 icons deal is that then you have to think of 10 creative names for each icon. Now I guess it's just me, but I fucking suck at creativity. I guess you can always just go for the number system.. but then each time you don't know which icon you are using. So you could be pissed off at someone and use a ( Read more... )

Isn't it difficult? I have trouble with creativity in general, so the idea of having to having to name icons really gets me. There are a few options in naming icons: you can make them all creatively deep, with quotes and lyrics so that people are blown away with how they apply. You can make them suitably witty so that anyone who sees them laughs for an hour. Or, you can have the mediocre naming system that really just means you know which damn one is which. I am only able to do the last one.

Well, I just wrote an entire comment on icons. Speaking from the perspective of someone who is new to the paid account deal. And is that you winking in your icon, Kieran? I'm not laughing.

I usually mix the ideas of naming them so you know which ones you are using and making them witty. But as I said before, I have no creativity so my 'witty' keywords only make me laugh. But I'm amused very easily.

-nods- Yes, I find that oftentimes my `funniest` icon keywords go over flatly when I am left convulsing with helpless laughter at my ingenuity. Well, not quite.
