My lovely housemate Damien has asked if I know anywhere he can get mead from before the 20th, and since there's lot of lovely people on here who drink the stuff (and know many more who do) I'm asking you.

Borough Market on a Friday. (not sure when else it's open) Around the Southwark Tavern, there's a fruit wine and Mead stall.

I remember being told that there's an off license in the Tottenham Court Road area that sells Lindisfarne Mead, but I can't remember where it was...

Hiya. I know I don't post so much, but...

...though it's quite vile in terms of mead, Morrisons sell one. It's called harvest gold, and it's summink like 4 quid a bottle (or was last time I looked).

Failing that, Moniack will deliver to your doorstep.

But seriously - it gave me a headache the size of Manchester.

I belive Tescos do a decent one as well. Not amazing but not very expensive either. :-)
