Very interesting. Sometimes you have to wonder how many systems in MMOs operate with some kind of error like this, undiscovered due to poor documentation or hidden in some legacy code developed by a programmer long gone. Some of the bugs that pop up from time to time during a patch are a testament to this, but I wonder what little things go unresolved because they're unprovable and untraceable.
