The third floor of the school library is generally quiet, or at least, that's where I've been able to do my homework. My suite is rather loud so I had to look elsewhere.

For some reason, everyone flocks to the first two floors. I like the third floor because it's quiet and there's a set of windows that have a really pretty view of the sunset.
