here's the rest of Arashi's thank you message for Arashi's members ^^
Aiba
To Matsumoto-kun
On the first day when I joined the agency, someone told me “go over there and imitate the choreography of the person who stands in front of you” the one who told me that was Matsujun. We worked together a lot during Jr days. Then, as Arashi… We spend 20 years together. In those years, you actively involve and create our concert. As for me, every year I have a jealous feeling of what he does, like “it’s nice to be him”. But of course I also feel grateful for what he did (laugh).
To Ninomiya-kun
I know Nino since Jr days... That’s how long we know each other. I probably spend more time with him than my own family. It feels like a relationship that I don’t need to fuss about. But of course there’s a special feeling about it. This year’s (2018) new year, we went to Nino’s house. But he purposely picked me up in my house (laugh). That was the first time we drive together, just the two of us. I sat in the passenger seat. The two of us listened to season… I never get tired of that song. I’m care about us after all. That’s how I feel about each other.
To Ohno-kun
During Jr days, [because of the stage play] he was staying in Kyoto too. From my perspective as junior back then, he has the Great Senior image. When I went to Kyoto back then, we played Senda Mitsuo Game* until morning (laugh), that was our first time talked properly with each other. When I turned 20, Leader took me to some bar in Ginza. That was an important memory for me. After that, we rarely had a chance to go out and have drinks together. But in this 20 years anniversary, let’s have drinks together again.
Note: Senda Mitsuo Game: everyone sits in a circle and one person points at someone and says “Senda”. Then, the person who got pointed at points another person and says “Mitsuo”. The two people on either side of that person have to say “Naha Naha” while raising both hands twice. The person who’s too slow to say “Naha Naha” has to drink.
To Sakurai-kun
Sho-chan is someone who would tell us a lot of information. And he would tell us with such a polite way (laugh). There are a lot of reasons to respect him. Since he was a Great Senpai back in Jr days, I couldn’t really talk to him freely. But when we became Arashi, we started getting close to each other. When I still lived in Chiba, if I couldn’t go home after we played together, he’d let me stay over in his parents’ house. That was a really great impression of him.
Nino
To Aiba-kun
Thank you for always being energetic and doing your best!
To Matsumoto-kun
Thank you for always thinking about our concert!
To Ohno-kun
Thank you for always get tan!
To Sakurai-kun
Thank you for always being the responsible one!
[What Nino said in the end of “thank you” message]
First of all, you might think “why Ninomiya didn’t express his gratitude at all here?” I wonder if those people who know me would understand (laugh). Of course it’s not like I didn’t feel any gratitude but, for me if I said it publicly like this, it would lose the meaning. People keep asking “what do you feel when you look back to 20 years ago?" I don’t know what to say if I have to look back that long. That’s difficult (laugh). Everyone keeps telling me “at least say something since this is your 20 years anniversary”. But I think because this is our 20 years anniversary, what would happen if all of us said the same thing (laugh). I think that’s also because I’m not that kind of person who can say something like directly (bitter laugh). Arashi is incredible after all. I mean, with someone like me, they didn’t complain at all. They’re so professional. But, because someone who’s troublesome like me here, that’s good right! (laugh).
Jun
To Aiba-kun
I don’t remember since when but I always think that “if he’s here then the temperature around him would rise”. He’s such a passionate person after all. When we practice our choreography during rehearsal he’d say something like “I’m slow to remember the choreography” then he’d keep continue practicing. He doesn’t take a break. Seeing him like that make me think “if Aiba-kun still doesn’t take a break” I end up starting my practice to and everyone would be “then let’s do it the 5 of us”. He’s like a fever. Thanks to him, it always warms us up.
To Ninomiya-kun
Nino and I joined the agency almost at the same time. Since Jr days, we always ended up in the same unit. He’s bit… strange. Even though we’re in the same age, we see things differently. Among all the members, he’s quite unique (laugh). He always likes that even during our variety show or concert. But this different character, like Nino, is what makes Arashi more fun.
To Ohno-kun
During Jr era, he had this impression that he always sat next to me on the train. He only talked a bit, and after that, he went all silent. That’s how see him back then. Well even know he doesn’t change at all (laugh). In these recent years especially, Leader and I think about our concert a lot. We went overseas together, went to see what we both like. I rely on him a lot. Even for our choreography, he’s good at it after all.
To Sakurai-kun
He’s someone I trust, that type of person I don’t need to feel uneasy or fear of misunderstanding. It makes me mild. He’d say something like “I understand it but but isn’t it good if you also try the other way?” He has a strong feeling that all of us should be able enjoy it. He’d think about what should we so everyone would feel comfortable when doing it. That’s what create Arashi’s uniqueness and sweetness.
