I just got back from volunteering for the Homeless Coalition of Jacksonville. I went to a downtown shelter and interviewed homeless men using a questoinnaire that was given to me. I was nervous at first, but after talking to a few people I became more comfortable. I was especially surprised by the answers that were given to the open ended question
