okay so apprently theres a new georgia law that says that even after your 6 months of having a drivers liscense and you have a restricted liscence (under 18) you can only have one other person thats not in your immediate family in the car with you.

That sucks.
In New York you don't get a driver's license til' you're 18. Which I find it crazy, but still totally plausible because they have the awesome subway.

yeah it does suck. yeah i wouldn't give i rats ass in new york, it seems pretty friendly to the non car people.
