Pot Roast

I burned it. This is my first time cooking it, and I did it per the recipe in the Better Homes & Gardens cookbook -- but the juices all evaporated and it started burning. Bryce thinks we should order Chinese food, but I am determined to save this roast!!!

Pot roast in the crockpot is the easiest. Or if you have a pressure cooker add a bit of broth and when it starts to scream cook 30 minutes. The most tender and juicy you have ever had.
