I've been busy again the past few weeks, what with work, family, and the holidays. But I'm going to put my New Year Resolutions up here so everyone can see them, so it's easier for me/others to make me feel guilty later if/when I break them

Morningstar makes really good fake meat (the fake chicken is especially good). The texture is a little different (though personally I prefer it to the texture of real meat), but it tastes pretty similar to what it's trying to emulate. If you try some of their stuff and end up liking it, it might make the cutting down on meat thing a bit easier.
