So. Yesterday was a busy day. After a wet marching rehearsal, all of us in hockey band headed over to Mariucci, aka Maroosh, aka Mecca, aka the center of the universe. Gotta watch out, that ice is pretty slippery. Lol.

And Clarinets must be the most boring group of people ever, except for the Flutes of course. Drums, Trombones, Trumpets, they're so cool. Sometimes I wish I could just forget my clarinet and pick up a trumpet and start having some real fun!

You have no idea how many times I have contemplated doing just that.

We sang our raunchy band songs on the bus after the hockey game last night (yay hockey!!) and the clarinet rookie I was sitting with asked me why we never sang those songs on the clarinet bus during marching band. "Because clarinets are boring and they suck." "Oh."

LOL. All the frosh clarinets in our band this year are boring. They don't even shout or do the actions to some of the songs we play for pep band. Hey, if you're stuck with a boring instrument, atleast TRY to make it fun. Even my friend who plays the flute does that stuff.
