Hey, I read this crap! lol. Dude, they are so lucky that they have you for a coworker instead of me, because I have a big mouth and would have punched them all in the face by now! Group mentality is good to a point, but not when used aas an excuse for not pulling your own weight while shitting on a foreigner because they aren't genetically part of your group, while letting them do all the work.

I have been meaning to watch Kill Your Darlings for ages, glad to hear it was good.

Yeah, god, honestly I don't know sometimes. There's so much lack of support in general because there's this mentality of oh, since you're just translating content, that's not real work that takes time so obviously you can run something that has a 14 member team on the Japanese end with yourself and two other people!
