I've wanted this one for a long time. The lady who did it for me never did this piercing before and took my picture to put in her portfolio. Pretty rad.

I'm pretty sure this was taken ~2 hours after I had a big metal spike shoved through my ear. (to prep for the ring they shove a bigger gauge bar through each spot before putting the ring in)

About the same? It took a bit longer to get the jewelry in (she had to move it around more), so that was a bit more painful.
