Still alive

I haven’t uploaded much for a while.  The truth is that I were sick for more than three weeks (middle of January to the beginning of February) and after that I had to catch up at work.

In the meanwhile, to install Linux on my computer I cleaned my HDs. To do so, I had to burn about 50 DVDs (which I could only do on the safe mode of my windows XP ( Read more... )

As you probably know now, he lost his job. This will take some time to get resolve but it might just help us attain our goal faster than expected.

I did put Vista on my second HD (because I didn't want viruses to invade my main HD). The main problems was that Linux didn't recognize the boot system from Vista. I was able to have both running as long as I do my booting starting from my Linux CD, which is a very minor inconvenient that I will pay gladly.

I would but sadly all new programs will soon need Vista and I'll have to have it one day or another. Might as well resolve the problems right away instead of postponing them.

I never liked any of the Microsoft programs but they gain so much power that we sadly have a hard time to completely avoid them.
