So I go over to my birth parents house and everything is all well and good... right? WRONG!!! My birth father tells me my little sister is a big girl now, all grown up... And then forces her to tell me what he means by this. Out of my little 14 year old sister's mouth comes the words "I had sex

Wow, I have to agree that 14 is too young. Try to get some time alone with her and ask her what she knows about the risks of having sex, and the protection she's using. Since she is a girl, I find it unlikely that your parents would be comfortable having this conversation with her, and you also have some experiance with your other sister. Try not to freak out too badly on her, no matter how much you want to, since it might scare her off from coming to talk to you about important issues in the future, and I know you don't want to do that. But still, try to help her understand that she's just made a huge change in her life, and it's okay for her to come talk to you about her feelings about it
