I got very very fond of Chai while out in Tanzania. And added more and more sugar as the weeks went on. It even helped me make it up Kili....

The composition seemed to vary quite a bit, I liked the ones heavy on cinnamon and ginger the best.

Sounds like you've settled into a good routine and solid base.
