Oof. That was a icon I did a long time ago but never got around to posting, I just used it to add the light textures. I don't remember much what I did to write a whole tutorial. :(

i downloaded it, but i can't open it with any of my programs, your other light texture i was able to open w/ winzip, but i couldn't open this one.

That's strange, I just dowloaded it and it worked fine for me. I posted another download link, see if that one will work for you.
