I don't update as much as I'd like to but life has been pretty slow for me lately.

Anyway, do you normally take multivitamins? I've been slacking lately--and consequently feeling crappy--but taking a daily multivitamin seems to make a huge difference for me after about two weeks in terms of my energy levels and how fast I get over colds. I get the vegetarian multivitamins from Henry's and it's like $8 for 60 of them.
