Eighth-grade choir practice... sat back down on the folding chair after we finished a song... and it collapsed on top of me, pinching my ass in the chair. Hurt like hell, I was screaming, and discovered I had a bright, multi-colored bruise on my butt (that took about three weeks to fully go away).
