My goal is to reread the first 6 Harry Potter books before the 7th one comes out in July. So far, I've read 87 out of 3,411 pages. Luckily, I have a whole week off before I start training for camp, during which I can read all I want. I expect the full support of all my LJ friends and will keep you updated on my progress.

Checking out today would probably have been less stressful if my car key hadn't snapped in half right as I started packing up my car.

Also, it was pouring rain.

But I'm home now, and safe, and next fall I will bring a spare car key to school with me!

May Term is so fabulous. My class is 25% boring and 40% busy work but it's overall pretty good. I'm learning about drug abuse and related issues. Really, though, I'm watching movies and going for bike rides and doing sudoku puzzles while just chilling out. It's no wonder I keep waking up disoriented. I just realized that I haven't slept in the same bed for more than 2 or three consecutive nights since the end of the semester. From Easter weekend through finals I was here in Bloomington. Then I went home for 3 nights. Then I was back at school for 1 night. Then I was in a scuzzy motel in Muncie, ( Read more... )

So, it turns out all that dilemma-ing was for nothing. I went to health services this morning and they told me that the nurse practitioner won't be in for a few days. The nurse I saw gave me sudafed and robitussin. Oh well. Hopefully I won't die or anything.

I've been feeling sick since last Wednesday. By Friday, I was pretty sure it was a sinus infection, but I decided to wait until I got back on campus to go to health services. Today I'm feeling 75% better. Should I still go?

I broke #1 again today. Really, though, twice in nine days is not that bad.

I haven't broken #2 in at least two days. The problem, though, is now that I have nails, I pick my cuticles. There's no winning.

#3 is still, surprisingly, the easiest one for me to keep.

In other news, I am getting really burned out and need spring break to happen

And I have now broken each of my Lenten resolutions at least once. I went almost 5 whole days without saying that I suck at life, but then there was an incident with a stapler tonight. Don't ask ( Read more... )
