One mile is not that bad once you get going. The important thing is to push through when you feel like you're gonna die. My legs were killing yesterday but today, I feel great so I think it was a case of rest and sleep. And it helped that I took a lot more time to stretch every single muscle.

Yeah, I'm starting to learn that life is just one long high school corridor. Just have to keep the ability of not giving a damn.
