A new life and new people wont change the noise in your head and chest. Steph I think you could talk to someone if you wanted - you don't NEED help. Fuck help. But you could think about talking to someone - I love you far too much to not put in my shit about it. Im just saying - no one asked you to handle everything you're balancing all at once. Friends, family, people - other people are willing to take some of the weight. Just ask.
