you already know that.

faith is a hard thing to work towards, but you already know it is worth it. everyday people struggle with different beliefs and things they are supposed to believe. its not always easy. i always like to think that you really test your faith when you are alone. when you have nobody else and there you are; all alone. those are the moments when god comes to you.

i don't think you are in a desert, i think you could be walking around with a blindfold over your eyes =]

take your blindfold off sometime.
be optimistic.

Hmm... on the contrary, I believe that there are spiritual deserts and you may be going through one. In the end, if you continue to seek God with an open heart, you will be blessed greatly.

Faith, you don't have to understand it or even know what it is... just have faith :) and ask God for it and he will give it to you.

Yeah, spiritual deserts are weird. They happen, though, and i'm not sure why, maybe to build faith and perseverance. maybe because we turned from God and gave satan a foothold. I don't know though. But I do know that if we 'come near to God and He will come near to you' (james 4). And I don't really know what that looks like either, just desiring and pursuring Him with an honest and pure heart, I guess.
