humm, there would have to be some kind of switch, perhaps an audible command you give. When you say "Hindindu On" your brain recognizes the specific nerve impulse traveling towards your vocal cords as a biological key to switch over to the virtual nintendo but it always stays on so you can pause it and then come back to the game...
