Over the last few days I have really been thinking about going on a seriously grizzly adventure. For those of you have been my cabin in the mountains is up at 4500 ft. Roughly. Now there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to drive up there a 4X and be cool. except it is not a county maintained road, which means no snowplow. So what am I going ( Read more... )

I'll go. I wonder if we can borrow my dad's 'burb, pop it into 4 high, mobbin thick. What's that movie where that guy lives in the Alaskan wilderness and eats mice and stuff, Call of the Wild?

I am seriously thinkin about it. Maybe December 30-January 1? Leave o' dark thirty friday, hike in, hike out sunday? Sounds like a winner to me. Maybe this could be our yearly trip? Instead of the lake camping? Just an idea. Although I think b-rad is going to be in wisconsin, and Jay will have left. Andy, Joel, Anthony and Shawn?

Yeah that sounds totally do-able to me. Plus I think some of my family will be up in Washington so I won't miss out on family time.
