It's good to get some anger off your chest, without having to hide it in sarcasm and such.

I like it. I suggest double spacing between paragraphs.

You sound exactly how I used to. I'm sorry that I haven't been able to do anything about it - next year, I will either be fully committing my time to WMTH or resigning as Station Manager. I accept that, while this situation is not entirely my fault, I have my share of blame.

You must admit, though, that we've had a success or two, most notably the printing of staff T-shirts for the first time in years. (Those of you who paid for shirts before graduating can still get yours from Shaph.) Also, Band-O-Rama was a huge success, so I don't think it's entirely right for you to feel like this year was a total and/or complete failure.

I cannot disagree with the fact that we have made a few accomplishments, but the overall morale in my opinion is low. I just think that the station is a sad place to be in, and seeing as the caf is off my list of places to be, there is very little left.
