I've basically been lurking the community ever since New Heart this year in hopes of videos or pictures, stories and the like. I was also hoping to get some details on the VIP packages or what not this year, because I think I heard something about a special exclusive re-release of American Jet Set? I'm not sure. Also very curious as to how the Ask

ooh! i'll give you a story (: it was absolutely amazing! we had the weekend passes, so on friday my friend drove up to chicago and we picked up our little goody bag-- which, yes, contained a copy of American Jet Set-- and then stood in line for the meet and greet... which was supposed to start at 5:30, yet started at 6:30, haha. and when they meet and greet FINALLY finished, they went on to play American Jet Set in its entirety. I've seen Kill Hannah more times that I remember, but the show at Reggies really sticks out in my mind, especially because I heard some of my absolute favorites

That's pretty awesome! Thank you for sharing! I really love hearing about everyone's experiences. I don't get many chances to see KH (from Toronto, Canada) so it's really nice! Hopefully one year I'll get to go down to Chicago for New Heart. Also, your tattoo is really awesome. :). So. What's the new spiffy copy of Jet Set like?

No problem! (: Haha, you should definitely come down to Chicago for New Heart-- I've seen them numerous times, but New Heart is ALWAYS the show to be at. You definitely wouldn't regret it.

It's great! I was really excited to get it, and it has all of the original artwork, which makes me happy. I'm also pleased because some of the songs that I had downloaded from the album cut off in the middle, which was so irritating, so now I actually have complete songs. (: i'm just glad i didn't pay $100+ for it on ebay. x)

Is it exactly like the original, just re-issues? (Haha. Yeah, I was one of those people who got it on eBay for insane amounts of money, actually I got it for a steal, but y'know. XD)

That's so good. I was wondering how being on the spot like that would work. I'm glad to hear they delivered well. I really hope a video goes up eventually. ^^.

That's incredible that Garrett and Jonny were in on some part of it. I would have loved to see it.

Cure covers always win. Haha, Mat in a nutcracker outfit. Wow.

That makes total sense. It is really sad when shows turn out like that and people are disrespectful to the other bands. I'm glad the first show was awesome though, and that everything turned into a great experience.

Yeahhh, me too as for the video. And William did pretty well, too. I was surprised to see that they picked him considering his stutter, but he's really good at dealing with it. (:

And it was so cool to see Garrett/Jonny there. It was like For Never and Ever all over again. Jonny was at the first show, too, but in the VIP section. He was totally rocking out.

I didn't have time to take pictures of videos (I had been in Chicago since the Wednesday before working on NH) but I know LOADS of people took pictures and videos. I just think we're all still recovering! Haha. Trust me, there will be a ton of stuff soon.

We drove up from Louisville KY at 6 am Saturday morning! It was a rad show...we got stuck behind some balcony hogs but it didn't keep us from hearing the tunes :D I was so psyched Johnny and Garrett played, they just make the music so much more alive.

Oh, wow. It seems a lot of people drove out day of, instead of staying over or for the whole weekend. That's incredible! I agree, that would have been amazing. I wish I could have seen it and been there. :)

Well, we stayed over that night, but it meant we couldn't afford the Super Awesome Weekend Laminate Passes =/

What a bummer you didn't make it! There's always next year, though -- and now you know someone to split hotel costs with!
