We reduce our Christian faith to bettering ourselves, it’s bigger than that. By bettering ourselves, our kindness, our compassion, only goes so far. there are tons of hypocrites trust me. you really honestly think that all your fellow christians are what they say they are... behind those closed doors alot live in a diffrent life style they say they :-( about. so dont think your friends or friends parents at church are all peaches and cream...you might not see it but Jehova does... Oh by the way that is his name... if you read along history and text books.. christians changed his name to LORD beaucse they thought his name was too sacred..just some FYI

and those are the people who im talking about that just keep trying to better themselfs rather than embracing what god did for them on the cross through jesus. those people go to church for healing and to deal with there problems because the church is for the broken, not for those who think there perfect and need to please god.

Interesting perspective. I think that Christians are held at a high standards to live blameless lives, which is what God wants for us, and God also knows that we all mess up. Christ's death on the cross was very powerful and I know I can take it for granted..
