I'm in Berkeley now. I moved up over the weekend. I'm psyched that they opened a Target in Albany since it's much closer than the one in El Cerrito. But what's even more awesome is that it's two stories! Two whole floors of Target goodness! They have this special conveyor system that takes your cart up or down as you ride the escalator. I was wondering where you were settling in too. Glad you moved up after the crazy storms.

I'm in San Francisco, and I use AT&T DSL, not the fastest as I'm in the neighborhood where they don't have the faster DSL. Though I heard from the AT&T guy that they have been switching things to fiber optics..so we'll see when that is offered. I've heard mixed things with comcast from folks, but have had no personal experience.

The weather has been really nice the past few days! Even my parents thought so, and they always think the Bay Area is cold. It was really foggy in central CA while driving up, though.

Thanks for the info. My parents use AT&T. So I'm debating between that and Sonic.net. Cable is just too much for me right now.

I'm happy that I have another B-T fan as a "neighbor". lol Yoroshiku ne!

Yea, the weather has been gorgeous ^___^ though a little nippy at night.

I've never heard of Sonic.net. If you sign up for it, I'll be curious to hear how it works out for you.

None of the ones I showed you before. lol Those were all condos. Since I don't know if I'll be staying in the area after this year, it didn't make sense to buy. So I rented a one bedroom apartment closer to school, at a pretty good price, too. ^_^
