nicole, you are doing so good. i know i might not be one to talk right now. i fear that i might be one bringing some of the stress that you are feeling when i step in (or, rather, don't step in, i fear) for rehearsals-not that i play that big of a roll, but i'm sure in the situation that you're in, these things might be stress full nonetheless-. but, that being said, i think i should be the one to say that you are doing an amazing job. you were put in a leadership position, simply beacsue you are a leader and if it weren't for you, we would be getting nowhere. as for the things that have gone wrong, you could have never imagined all the things that have come to pass, but you have taken them and turned them into this masterpiece, somehting that you can be proud to call your own in the end, i'm confidant in that! you're an amazing director, amazing actress and amazing writer and even if you can't see it right now, we're all proud of you. buck up, cowgirl! k? btw, i didn't show up today because of an issue in the family...i had to go to
