i haven't sat on them yet; i shall, perhaps after they've had a good clean. it looks lovely but why would anyone paint an entrance staircase white??

today is move-in day, it went pretty well, my brain doesn't know where it is, there was a long moment when i genuinely thought we weren't going to be able to fit my (small) sofa up that sodding staircase. what larks.
