I have been having really bad pms. I am talking about IBS to depression.... in other words PMDD. I am on the shot and i love it, i cant switch to pills because most contain lactose and i am lactose intolerant. So I am seeing the doctor tomorrow, maybe we can come up with something

It made me gain 50 pounds in 3 months.
I got off that thing.
I take Yaz now which is supposed to help with PMDD actually.
You know there is a chewable pill now? And the ring?
